Description

Good skill in communication and excellent knowledge of English.

  •           All travel arrangements, viz. reservations, hotel accommodation, appointments etc.
  •           Maintaining staff salaries and advances.
  •           Checking invoices and effecting payments to the suppliers, as well as appropriate filing.
  •           Competence in preparing Cheque’s payments and preparing chalans for tax.
  •           Good knowledge of Word and Excel – Power Point optional
  •           Maintaining office Cash expenditure.

Experience 2+ years.
