Description	Skills: COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP, DICISION MAKING, CRM, COACHING, ADVISING, TEAMWORK Qualification: Graduate Work Hours: 10:00 am to 7 pm Salary: 15000-25000 Experience Required: 1-3 years Industry: IT Details: Proficiency Excel & Word, Tally Salary, PF, ESIC, PT & MLWF Roles & Responsibilities Submission of monthly return to PF Authorities, Employees Pension, ESIC, Professional Tax and other statutory matter. Completing Joining Formalities & Full & Final of Employees. Updating Insurance policy CAR, EC, Plant & Machinery & Vehicle (as required). Preparing Payroll, Salary Statement & Distribution, Looking after PL, attendance from site & etc. Handling E.P.F & Gratuity (Trust) Searching accommodation for engineers & technicians & doing the agreements. Arranging the Railway tickets for engineers & technicians Preparation the monthly summary of Profession tax on the basis of salary to verify the correctness of profession tax deducted on salary given to the Employee Preparing appraisal letter with the help of Managements Claiming Insurance from insurance company and doing correspondence with survey agency Handling all renewal of license from the Department from time to time, like P.W.D, Labour license M.C.G.M. etc. Handling of Provident Fund(Exempted)[ Finalization of PF Trust Balance Sheet & Handling PF Audit, Handling the Investment for PF Securities i.e Central Govt, State Govt & Public Section as per PF Authorities Guidelines, Submission of monthly return to PF Authorities i.e. Appendix ‘A’ , Employees Pension, ESIC, Professional Tax and other Statutory matter Handling of all Statutory Reports (P.F., ESIC, P.T. & MLW) Preparation the monthly summery of Profession tax on the basis of salary to verify the correctness of profession tax & TDS deducted on salary given to the Employee to file the Return in Form No-III.
