- Managing and assisting basic arrangement for client visits or board meeting.
- Handling Stationary, preparing the comparison sheet for any new purchase for the office.
- Maintenance works for the office such as electrician, plumber, and carpenter.
- Assisting in HR roles like attendance and leave management.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Maintaining attendance register, observing leave policy compliance and implementing salary cuts.
- Procuring CV’s and profiles for lawyers and organizing the interview.
- Procuring CV’s and profiles for staff and peons and organizing interviews.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Answer questions and address complaints.
