Fees

We employ a monthly commission scheme that is effective based on the number of candidates that a partner places each month. If within a month you are able to place up to four candidates, you shall earn 4% of each candidates’ gross annual salary. This makes sure that even at the initial stages your efforts are respectable and rewarded. Your earnings potential increases as your placements rise. While if in a month you place between five and ten candidates, for each candidate your commission rises to 4.5% of the gross annual salary. And for those who are achieving more than ten placements in a month, the commission goes further up to 5% per candidate.

For the sake of constructing an unbiased description of your contribution, the client’s billed amount is used as the basis of fee calculations, ensuring clarity in the fairness of the amounts determined. Not only does this approach ensure that all cooperation is formed on the basis of trust but also that there is a clear correlation between success and the advancement of Placement Mumbai.
