Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize CRM initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, utilizing segmentation and personalization techniques.
  • Analyze CRM data to generate insights and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Train staff on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and methodologies.
  • Implement CRM integrations with other business systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CRM processes and workflows to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) working in CRM management or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute CRM strategies that drive business results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations governing customer data privacy and consent.
  • Certifications in CRM or related fields are a plus.
