-Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand job requirements, share candidate updates, and build relationships.
-Social Media Management: Handle company’s social media profiles to post job openings, engage with followers, and create an online presence for recruitment purposes.
-Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various online job portals and social media platforms.
-Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
-Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records and share regular updates with management regarding the hiring process.
