The role includes site supervision, safety program implementation, reading drawings, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, manage work crews, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS): Implement and enforce BBS practices to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct safety audits and monitor safety compliance. Drawing & Structural Reading: Interpret construction drawings and structural plans to guide the team in executing work according to specifications. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily reports, safety inspections, and other site documentation. Reporting & Communication: Report daily on project progress, issues, and any corrective actions needed. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the construction team, ensuring high-quality work and safety standards. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in site supervision and managing construction teams. Knowledge of Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) principles and safety audits. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and structural plans. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
