Account Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Executive to manage our financial processes, with a strong focus on banking operations, GST compliance, TDS, TCS,  Taxation & Audit and correspondence. You will play a critical role in ensuring our accounts and financial  documentation are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle day-to-day banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage GST filings and compliance with tax regulations.
• Draft professional letters and emails for financial correspondence.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and related documentation.
• Support in financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Co-ordinate with CA audit Team.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and banks regarding payments and statements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good knowledge of GST, taxation, and banking procedures.
• Prepare and manage customer invoices using Tally Prime software.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Strong skills in email drafting and professional correspondence.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
