- One-point contact for all Sales, Marketing, Service & Logistics requirement.
- Sales support and coordination.
- Handling of first point of contact with sales team / dealers
- Monitoring & updating the given requests from the customers/dealers, Resolving queries and complaints w.r.t. Sales, Marketing, Service & Logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records of all contacts with dealers & updated database
Kept up-to-date records of all sales, Marketing, Service & Logistics.
- Followed up with the Sales Team / dealers for an outstanding.
- Responsible for duties as specified by HOD.
- Responds to any inquiries, complaints from customer/dealer, assist them and give them pre & post sales support as required
- Act as a link between the customer/dealer and the sales team.
- Managing and Maintaining information in the CRM Software
- Work with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers/dealer.
- Assist and support sales personnel in expanding customer base.
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets
- Preparing monthly & weekly sales analysis report for Area Sales Manager & Branch/Sales Manager.
- Coordinating with sales team by communicating relevant information
- Inform dealers of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Administering the entire work related to exhibitions & conference
- Preparing: Reports for exhibitions output, sales activity sheet etc.
- Assisting team members with day-to-day sales task & coordinate as requested
- Managing email marketing occasional mail & special bonanza offer mails to dealer

Education and Experience
- Graduate or related professional qualification
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office), ERP and CRM system
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi language.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
