The ideal candidate should have strong site experience, along with expertise in BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), structural drawings, and reading articles related to civil engineering practices. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on high-quality construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Site Management & Supervision: Oversee site activities, ensuring construction work is executed as per plans, specifications, and safety standards. BBS (Bar Bending Schedule): Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules for reinforcement detailing in accordance with project requirements. Drawing Interpretation: Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications. Structural Reading: Ability to read and understand structural drawings, including reinforcement plans, foundation details, and load-bearing structures. Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow on-site. Ensure that all materials and manpower are utilized effectively. Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work adheres to quality standards, codes, and regulations. Reporting: Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and project documentation as required. Troubleshooting: Identify any discrepancies between plans and site conditions and resolve any engineering-related issues. Strong knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings. Familiarity with construction software and tools Skills & Qualifications: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on site supervision, BBS, and structural drawing interpretation
